MIRACLE ESKIMOS

Welcome to my brag page! This page is all about the things I am proud of and is a place for me to show them off. I might even tell you a little about myself. I hope that you will like it!

Miracle Eskimos consists of my daughter, Mandy, and myself and we came up with that name when we got our first Eskie, Motli. We decided on "Miracle" because it was a miracle that my husband ever let us get Motli in the first place. I had been pleading for another dog (we already had an afghan hound)for 4 years with no results and then all of a sudden, Dave changed his mind. It was truly a "miracle". When we first got Motli, we had Max, an afghan hound and with both of them being "M's", we decided to go on like that. Right now, we have Milo, Monkey, Madayja, Molly, Maggie, Maxie. Mona, Mekhi, Miley, Milana, Mork, Monroe, Midas, and the baby, Misty. Every puppy that we have had, has been named with an "M".

Miracle Eskimos is located in central New York state. Mandy lives in the village of Central Square which is just above Syracuse. I live in Freeville which is a small town near Ithaca.

Furballs that we have loved in the past!

Retired but still loved, Showdogs

Another showdog has been added to Mandy's pack. Maggie had a litter in July which consisted of 3 boys and 1 girl. The daddy was Mekhi who throws really nice puppies. Two of the boys and the girl went to great homes and Mandy decided to keep a boy because she wanted something from Maggie to show as Maggie was her dog that did the best in the show ring. So she now has "Miracles Time To Remember" aka Muldoon. He is a bit young right now but we hope that he does well in the show ring.

Muldoon's Pedigree

Mona had a litter of puppies in July 2009 and all of them were very precious. We bred her to a male owned by Sandra Wingert in PA by the name of Prayer Bear (AKC Ch./UKC Gr. Ch. Cherub's Mystic Breeze). She had 2 boys and 2 girls (we lost a third boy at birth) and all were quite beautiful. Mona and Prayer Bear are both gorgeous minis. From left to right: Blue boy is first; Green boy went to a couple in Quebec; Purple girl went to a family in upstate NY; and Orange Girl went to a show home in WV. Blue boy stayed here with me. His name is now Miracle's Make Me A Memory aka Murdock. He is my first bred by dog and I am so very excited about his show career.

Murdock's pedigree

Most of the dogs on this page belong to Mandy and are standards. Mona is my female mini and I thought that I had added a male mini to my small pack. In May 2009, I brought home "PR ArtcRose Miracle Got M'Game On" aka Manning. He comes from April Ellison out of Georgia and is quite the lover. Unfortunately, he didn't know when to stop growing and is now 15.5" tall and a small standard. But I love him and will continue to show him, I just won't be able to breed him to Mona in the future. He has been to a couple of shows but is still a bit young to do anything, especially here in New York. We don't have much competition but that is okay as I don't want to finish him too quickly. He will do well in the ring.

Manning's Pedigree

We now have "PR Kiva's Miracle Goin For Th'Gold" aka Midas. Midas comes from Vada and Jim Binick in Arizona and are out of Kajin and Cassidy. Mandy fell in love with dogs from this breeding and was thrilled that she had the opportunity to get one of her own. In June 2008, we took Midas to the Premier in Kalamazoo, MI and at the Michigan American Eskimo Dog Assoc Specialty at the Premier, Midas took Best of Winners - his first major!!! He looked great!!! In March 2009, we went to the AKC show in Syracuse and Midas got his first major in AKC. Midas is now a Champion in UKC with 3 wins towards his Grand and needs only 3 points for his Championship title in AKC. He has been everything that we have dreamed of and has the most wonderful temperament.

Midas' pedigree

This is UKC Ch. PR Miracle's Her Mother's Smilin Eyes or Miley for short. She is out of our 2005 litter and her parents are Gr. Ch. Miracle's Precious Memories and Gr. Ch. Sierra's Front Runner. She is turning out to be very beautiful and won Best Female of Show at all three shows at the National in Clearwater, FL in October 2006. It was her first show and did better than we expected. She is now a UKC champion but we haven't shown her very much in AKC as we went her to mature a little bit. She has a very wonderful personality tho and is a great girl.

Miley's pedigree

Because this is my brag page, it wouldn't be right not to have all of my pride and joy on the page. This is Mandy, my daughter, and my son, Brandon. Mandy is 31 years old and a RN in Syracuse and Brandon is 24. Mandy goes to the shows with me and my friend who is a judge says that she is much more coordinated that I am so makes the dog look better. Can you imagine that he is a friend of mine??? Brandon graduated with a BS in Sports Media and now works at Ithaca College. Aren't they beautiful kids? They are good kids too! I took this picture after Brandon's high school graduation. It use to be so easy to get yearly pictures but they won't cooperate any longer so no more yearly pictures for my Christmas card.

How about another dog picture? I have a million of them but, this page is just not big enough for all of them.
