MIRACLE ESKIMOS

NO PUPPIES AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

Welcome to my brag page! This page is all about the things I am proud of and is a place for me to show them off. I might even tell you a little about myself. I hope that you will like it!

Miracle Eskimos consists of my daughter, Mandy, and myself and we came up with that name when we got our first Eskie, Motli. We decided on "Miracle" because it was a miracle that my husband ever let us get Motli in the first place. I had been pleading for another dog (we already had an afghan hound)for 4 years with no results and then all of a sudden, Dave changed his mind. It was truly a "miracle". When we first got Motli, we had Max, an afghan hound and with both of them being "M's", we decided to go on like that. Right now, we have Maizie, Milo, Monkey, Madayja, Molly, Maggie, Maxie. Mona, Mekhi, Miley, Milana, Mork, Monroe and Midas (the last two are our newest puppies). Every puppy that we have had, has been named with an "M".

Miracle Eskimos is located in central New York state. Mandy lives in the village of Central Square which is just above Syracuse. I live in Freeville which is a small town near Ithaca.

Furballs that we have loved in the past!

Miracle Eskimos is ever expanding and we have added two more beautiful furbabies to the pack. We now have "PR Miracle's Some Like It Hot" aka Monroe and "PR Kiva's Miracle Goin For Th'Gold" aka Midas. Both of them were born in November - one in AZ and one in NY. Monroe is the offspring of Maxie and Mekhi and is beautiful. She has great structure and a wonderful head. Midas comes from Vada and Jim Binick in Arizona and are out of Kajin and Cassidy. Mandy fell in love with dogs from this breeding and was thrilled that she had the opportunity to get one of her own. We are hopeful that both of them will be great in the show ring and might produce beautiful puppies together. Time will tell.

Well, Midas and Monroe are now 7 months old and Midas went to a couple of dog shows. In June 2008, we took Midas to the Premier in Kalamazoo, MI and at the Michigan American Eskimo Dog Assoc Specialty at the Premier, Midas took Best of Winners - his first major!!! He looked great!!!

Midas' pedigree

This Milan (PR Miracle's Wanna Talk About Me) and Mork (PR Miracle's What's One More). They are a litter out of our own Maggie (UKC Gr. Champion/AKC Champion Miracle's Madigan Mint) and Anna & Maury Baughn's Reuben (UKC Ch. PR Eros American Idol). We were hoping that Milan would do well in the show ring but that is a pipedream, I'm afraid. We haven't given up hope on her yet so cross your fingers. Mork was neutered and has become the house couch potato. Both are just so adsolutely adorable that we couldn't bear to get rid of either of them.

This is UKC Ch. PR Miracle's Her Mother's Smilin Eyes or Miley for short. She is out of our 2005 litter and her parents are Gr. Ch. Miracle's Precious Memories and Gr. Ch. Sierra's Front Runner. She is turning out to be very beautiful and won Best Female of Show at all three shows at the National in Clearwater, FL in October 2006. It was her first show and did better than we expected. She is now a UKC champion but we haven't shown her very much in AKC as we went her to mature a little bit. She has a very wonderful personality tho and is a great girl.

Miley's pedigree

We were lucky enough to get a Pattern A male from Pat's Irish Kennels. He was born on June 10, 2005 and his name is Pat's Irish Miracle's My Kinda Guy or Mekhi. He is a beautiful puppy and looks to have a great coat but we will have to wait until his adult coat grows in. But he is a very nice looking young man and we have high hopes for him.

Mekhi's pedigree

I bought a mini puppy from Jacqueline Brothers as I wanted a dog of my own to show. Mandy has been doing most of the showing the last couple of years because I just could not move out the standards. So I decided that I wanted to get a miniature that I could actually show. She was born (12/13/04) and her name is CirB Miracle Nutin Dirty Goin On or Mona. Mona is a Champion in AKC and a Grand Champion in UKC and is quite the beautiful young lady. I have been trying to breed her but have not had much luck. I hope to be able to do it in the future.

This is our Maggie. She comes from our own breeding of Monkey (Ch. PR Pat's Irish Monkey Shine) and Milo (Ch. PR Alaska's Miracle Music Man). Her name is AKC Ch UKC Gr. Ch. PR Miracle's Madigan Mint (Mandy just loves madigan mint ice cream from Purity Ice Cream). We have been showing her in the Grands class all season and she has done better than we ever thought that she would. She won a couple of Best of Breeds also. We have started to show her in AKC also and won two 3 point majors at the Wine Country shows in October 2005. In the spring of 2006, we took her to the Salt City Cluster in Syracuse and were very surprised that she got her AKC Championship title with 2 points on Friday and back to back 5 point majors on Saturday and Sunday. We could hardly believe it but are so very proud of her!

Maggie's pedigree

This use to be our baby but is now almost 6 years old. She is an offspring of Monkey and Karla Cole's Legend. We did the breeding in February 2002 and expected a great litter and got -- one. So here is Ch. PR Miracle's Precious Memories or Maxie. We had no been sure that she would ever be a show dog but she certainly surprised us! She finished her championship in two shows - one in July at the FLAEDA and one in October at the CT Classic. That weekend she took two Best Female of Shows and one Best of Winners. Maxie took a champions class at the FLAEDA show in May. Our "throw in" dog is now a Grand Champion. We use to "throw her" in when we needed to make a club but no more.

Maxie's pedigree

Let me introduce Gr. Ch. Snow County's Miracle Madayja. She is a Grand Champion and we had great hopes for her future. But things don't ever work out as planned and she couldn't be bred. She is now spayed and will live the rest of her life as a much loved couch potato.

This is Molly Moondancer and she is a toy eskie and a rescue that comes from Kansas City. Isn't she just the cutest thing? She gets along well with the other dogs and holds her own. She doesn't know that she is a tiny little dog. Even tho she isn't registered, she is a beautiful young lady. Our dogs are our pets first and show dogs second so Molly fits right in. The picture at the top of this web page is also Molly.

This is Mandy's baby and I do mean baby. Her name is Ch. "PR" Pat's Irish Monkey Shines or Monkey. Monkey is now retired from the show ring = she is over 7 years old and would probably not gone any higher than champion. She is spoiled rotten tho and is the mother of Mandy's two show dogs, Maxie and Maggie. She is spayed now so no more puppies.

This is our young male who is about 10 year old now. His name is "Ch. PR Alaska's Miracle Music Man"/ "Milo". We bought him from our friend, Linda Graham from NJ, and he comes from great bloodlines. He is a champion but is very dog aggressive so I don't show him any longer. He is just too hard to handle. But he loves people and has the best personality. We figure that is because Linda had him for the first 12 weeks of his life and she had a daycare so he got lots of socialization. He is the father of Maggie.

This is Maizie, "PR" Kort-Mar's Miracle Amazn Mystify. She is a wonderful young lady and we call her the "kitty dog" because at times she seems more cat than dog. Maizie is now 12 years old and has been sick for the past couple of months. We took her to the vet's but they don't seem to know what is wrong with her. She lives on a blanket in the living room and will occassionally get up and walk around. We feed her whatever she will eat which isn't alot and are just keeping her comfortable. We don't know what the future holds for her but we will love her and take care of her until she says that it is time.

Because this is my brag page, it wouldn't be right not to have all of my pride and joy on the page. This is Mandy, my daughter, and my son, Brandon. Mandy is 31 years old and a RN in Syracuse and Brandon is 24. Mandy goes to the shows with me and my friend who is a judge says that she is much more coordinated that I am so makes the dog look better. Can you imagine that he is a friend of mine??? Brandon graduated with a BS in Sports Media and now works at Ithaca College. Aren't they beautiful kids? They are good kids too! I took this picture after Brandon's high school graduation. It use to be so easy to get yearly pictures but they won't cooperate any longer so no more yearly pictures for my Christmas card.

How about another dog picture? I have a million of them but, this page is just not big enough for all of them.
